6. Breathing Exercises
Breathing exercises can revitalize you and give you a feeling of enhanced cognizance. Rather than slow, deep, soothing breaths, try a fast series of short breaths to wake up the senses and feel more alert. Inhale and exhale briskly through your nose for around 15 seconds. Your breaths should be equal in duration, and as brief as possible. The aim of the rapid breaths is to imitate breathing during spirited exercise.
