    Lorii, I’m thinking bsuacee of the cholesterol levels maybe? I’d be interested in your take as well on that one Holly.In terms of the peanut butter, are their any benefits to peanut butter vs. almond butter? =)

    Hey Marla !I am into my 5th day and Monday was my firstVLCD 6 pounds ! Then this mnriong 1lb lol I was thankful for that. Carol sent me your email which gave me some great ideas. I appreciate any ideas. I did end up taking an Excedrin for Migraines which helped for a while. Im sure its probably no caffine causing it.
